This is a great idea and I would be there except I live in Florida!!

Thank you Julie, and I appreciate you will be there in spirit! Oh, and as I suggested in the post, you know, even if you cannot make it, you could still do the part regarding writing about it. I guess you did that a little with your comment and I totally appreciate that, but would also love to hear more, what does a Floridian think about a small group of Iowans getting together to honor and be in solidarity with some local Latino-owned businesses that have stood up and are speaking out about what's going on? Or anything else you'd like to contribute :)

Florida is lacking in the fight department that’s for sure! I was thinking this morning of trying to organize something myself. We have a Women’s March organization out here but through this whole thing it’s been crickets. I am going to investigate that! I am 75 years old and still have a lot of fight left in me!!! - still working part time and freaking out about Social Security! Onward!! Keep up the good work John!

See, this is what I'm talking about Julie. I asked people to right about this, about Lunch at La Frontera, and I'm going to officially declare your comment the first entry in that narrative challenge! You keep on investigating, keep on freaking out but keep on moving forward (Onward!) and keep on making good trouble! And keep on writing and sharing with others about it. Shoot us a heart or a message on Saturday at noon (that might be 1:00 PM your time though) so we know we have someone in Florida holding us up with their words!
